Our quality system can provide all documentation required by our customers to full requirements of various quality standards. Before leaving Exact Machine each part must pass a rigorous inspection process. Many inspection processes are conducted in a climate controlled inspection room, pictured to the right. Various inspection devices such as a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and optical comparator ensure each part manufactured at Exact Machine adheres to specified tolerances. With our experienced staff and state of the art equipment, Exact Machine Corporation can meet the most demanding needs of any industry.
